# Radical Queer License v3

The creator(s) of this Work grant permission to any entity or group of entities that doesn't violate the Prohibitions below (“the User”), to do whatever the fuck they want to with this Work, subject to the following conditions:

Should the User modify this Work in an unsubstantial manner or not at all, the User may not use it for commercial purposes, and if shared, it must remain under this license.

Should the User otherwise employ this Work in part or in full as part of their own work, their work must be licensed at least so permissively as to allow any private individual without a profit motive not excluded by this license's prohibitions to do whatever the fuck they want to with it.

In either case, the User must provide appropriate credit to the original Work, and may not imply an affiliation with or endorsement by its creator(s) where there's none.

## Prohibitions

This Work may not be used by any entity or for any cause that holds, promotes, platforms, seeks to excuse or acts on hostile prejudice based on individuals' age, racial traits, cultural background, personal wealth, body type, disability, sexuality, gender identity, species identity, neurotype, plurality and other unchosen aspects of self.

This Work may not be used by any entity or for any cause that promotes, seeks to excuse or performs any violations of universal unconditional rights such as the rights to life, shelter, hygiene, sustenance, healthcare, bodily autonomy, privacy, dignity, self-determination, freedoms of opinion, expression, association and assembly, movement irregardless of state borders, as applied to any sapient entity.

Thus, this Work may not be used by any law enforcement, immigration enforcement, carceral (including psychiatric and compulsory schooling), or military institutions or organizations, as well as any individuals employed by or otherwise acting in support of them.

This Work may also not be used by any for-profit organization, or any entity enabling or practicing intentional inhibition of public free-of-charge sharing of cultural or scientific commons via copyright or patents, or any entity promoting, developing or supporting the development of broad-purpose generative "AI" technologies.

## Postamble

This license is on the stricter side of saying: I do not want you using my work if you are a fascist, bigot, state thug, etc. or sympathise with any of the aforementioned. And if that gives the FSF and friends a metaphorical aneurysm then so be it. As is typical of ethical-source licenses, it is free in every way that matters besides that.
